No. The app is called OurSnaps, but you won’t find it in the App Store or Google Play – and that’s a good thing. Just click “Create event” here on the page, and your guests join right in their browser with a QR code. No download.
Yes! You can create your first event right now – there’s a free plan to get you started.
There’s a free plan for smaller events. Bigger events have paid plans from $39 – you pay once per event, no subscription.
Yes, depending on the plan: number of guests, total photos and how long the gallery is kept. Free includes 5 guests, 50 photos and 14 days – higher plans offer more.
You pay once for a specific event – by card. It’s not a subscription. One account can have many events, each with its own plan.
No. Guests scan the QR code, open the gallery in their browser and start taking or uploading photos right away. Only the organizer – that’s you – needs an account.
Yes. The gallery is private – only people who have the link or scan your event’s QR code can see it.
Depending on the plan, 14 to 90 days from the event date. Before then, you can download the whole gallery (ZIP) in original quality – after that, the photos are deleted.

Yes – OurSnaps works online. Guests upload photos over the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data), so upload speed depends on the connection. At large venues, it’s worth checking the signal or Wi-Fi beforehand.
